Rules for Fee Payment

The schedule of Late fee fine for Payment (Monthly/Quarterly) is as follows:

1. Up to 10th day of month: No fine.
2. The School Fee shall be charged for full ONE CALENDAR YEAR (12 MONTHS).
3. Fee shall only be paid at the fee counter. The FEE COUNTER TIMINGS are: 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on all working days including Saturdays.
4. Parent / Guardian must bring previous fee receipt or remember admission number while depositing fee and other charges, otherwise deposit will not be accepted.
5. Payment of partial amount of School fee will not be accepted.
6. Parents/Guardians are requested to ensure that total amount paid is duly filled and signed by cashier.
7. Duplicate Fee Receipt will be issued on payment of 50/-.
8. The fee once paid is neither refunded nor adjusted.
9. School Transport facility once opted cannot be discontinued during the session.
10. In case of non-payment by due date (including late fine), student name may be struck off from school rolls and re-admission may require written request with dues, late fine and re-admission fee.
11. Any fee concession/scholarship granted can be withdrawn for misconduct, irregular attendance or poor scholastic performance.
12. Payment of fee is accepted through CHEQUE / DD / ONLINE.
13. Concession of 1000 INR will be given to those who pay total annual dues in first installment at one time in advance.
14. Rules for Cheque / DD Payment:
    • The Cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of "Genius Convent Sen. Sec. School". One cheque per child.
    • Parent must write student name, class, section and admission number on back side of cheque / demand draft.
    • Cheques should be "Account Payee only".
    • Outstation cheques are not acceptable.
    • If cheque is dishonored, penalty of 500 INR will be imposed and late payment fine will also be charged.
    • After a dishonored cheque, future payments will be accepted through Demand Draft only.
    • As per RBI guidelines, school accepts only CTS 2010 standard cheques.
