A student will not be permitted to appear in tests/examinations unless all dues are paid up to date.

Minimum 75% attendance is necessary for appearing in the Annual Examination.

School authorities reserve the right to refuse to retain a student who fails in the final examination.

If a student is found using unfair means, the result in that subject will be cancelled and disciplinary action will be taken.

In the absence of requisite admission documents, the student may not be allowed to sit in examinations, results may be withheld, or the name may be struck off without notice.

If a student is suffering from an infectious disease, parents/guardians should keep the ward at home until fully recovered. This applies during examinations/tests also. Results in such cases will be reviewed based on monthly tests, 1st terminal, half-yearly records, and consultation with the class teacher.

During tests/examinations, no leave is allowed except on medical grounds supported by a certificate from an authorized medical officer.

A student absent from Periodic Tests / Examination will not be re-tested/re-examined and will lose credit in cumulative assessments, which may affect promotion.

As a school policy, answer scripts of the Annual Assessment will not be shown to parents.

In case of medical leave, a valid medical certificate must be submitted to the school authority.
